E445 Medical Anthropology

COURSE READINGS

Course readings are assigned for every class:

Remember the readings serve several functions. The text readings review important concepts and examples relevant to Medical Anthropology. The articles generally discuss selected case examples, rather than broad concepts about the class topic; but these are relevant to building meaningful understandings of these topics. We may not agree with all the contents of the readings, but they will serve as a basis of class discussion to build our conceptual understandings and practical applications about the field of Medical Anthropology.
